This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Return requests must be started within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Exchanges depend on current inventory; if the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or help you choose another available item.

Product Condition and Window

Returned items may be new or slightly used. Items should be returned with reasonable care and include any original packaging or accessories when available. The return window is 30 days from delivery.

Return Method and Label

Returns may be sent by mail or returned at an approved drop-off location. After your return is approved, we will provide a free return label that you can download and print.

Fees

There is no cost for the return label and no restocking fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, email support@knotsandstrings.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. If the item is defective or incorrect, include photos of the item and packaging.
